I’ve worked in business for over 30 years, across different sectors, levels and countries. From early-stage ideas through to more established organisations, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t.
For a number of years I worked as a business coach, but what became clear is that most people don’t just need advice, they need someone to help get things into shape and move them forward properly.
That’s what I focus on now. Bringing structure, clarity and direction, and supporting businesses to take the next step in a way that’s practical and sustainable.
